Site Ownership

This website is owned and operated by WATTON INVESTMENTS PTY LTD, trading as Adore Earth (ABN: 62 624 156 010). We are the manufacturer of the products being reviewed. This site exists to aggregate and showcase genuine customer feedback in one place, making it easily accessible for our customers. We do not claim to be an independent or unbiased review platform.

How Reviews Are Collected

We collect feedback through several channels to provide a comprehensive view of the customer experience:

1. Loox & Shop Pay Reviews (Full Feed) 14 days after a customer receives their order, they receive an automated email via Loox or Shop Pay asking them to share their feedback. These reviews are automatically synced to this website. We publish ALL reviews from these sources without selection or curation.
2. Trustpilot Reviews (Curated Selection) A selection of reviews from our Trustpilot profile are displayed on this site. These reviews are collected and managed independently by Trustpilot.com.
3. Product Reviews (Curated Selection) A selection of product-specific reviews are displayed to represent a range of customer experiences across our specific product lines.

Unedited Publishing Policy

We are committed to transparency. For our Loox and Shop Pay review feeds, we do not edit, paraphrase, or alter review text, nor do we remove or suppress reviews based on their star rating. All reviews from these sources—from 1 star to 5 stars—are published exactly as written by the customer.

Please note that while our primary feeds are unfiltered, the Trustpilot and Product Reviews pages on this site feature a curated selection of feedback. For the complete, unfiltered collection of every piece of customer feedback we have received, please refer to our dedicated Loox Reviews and Shop Reviews pages.
